2. Transfers & Shuttle Services

– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
– No-shows are subject to full charges.
3. Tours & Experiences

– Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the operator.
– Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour may incur partial or full charges, as specified by the operator.
